Please allow 2 business days for us to process your order. Expect an email within that timeframe to let you know your order has been processed.
Orders can be picked up between 9 am – 1 pm and 1:30 pm – 6 pm Monday–Friday, and 9 am – 4 pm Saturday. We will contact you via email when your order is ready for pickup.
We offer local delivery for a $3 delivery fee.
During checkout, enter your delivery address and choose the ‘Ship’ delivery option, then the Local Delivery shipping method.
Local delivery is only available for deliveries addressed within 5 miles of our pharmacy. We will contact you if you choose this shipping option and it does not apply to you. You will be expected to pay the difference in shipping costs before your order is delivered.
Orders placed before 1 pm during pharmacy hours will be delivered the same day. Orders placed outside of these hours will be delivered the next day we are open.
We offer $10 flat-rate ground shipping to customers anywhere in the United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska).
Note: additional shipping charges may apply for specific products or volumes.
We also offer free shipping for orders over $100.
Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days using the USPS.
We do not ship outside of the United States (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). We will cancel and refund any orders with a delivery address outside our designated shipping area.
Some pharmacy items require special shipping and handling or may not be shipped to all locations. We will contact you if there is an issue with your order.
