This Ezy Dose Pill Cutter features a sharp stainless steel blade that makes a clean cut every time. The flexible v-shaped holder keeps pills in place while cutting. It includes a three-compartment storage area in the base.
1. Wash before initial use with warm, soapy water. Rinse and allow to dry completely before using. Repeat between uses and remove residue from blade with a thick washcloth being careful not to come in direct contact with blade. 2. Place pill in v-shaped holder (A). 3. Close cover to cut pill. 4. Remove cut halves of pill (B). 5. Close cover and store in closed position. Pills can be stored in the compartments located in the base (C).
This product is neither child resistant nor is it a toy. Keep this and all medicine out of a child's reach. Avoid direct contact with the blade as it is very sharp. Discard product when blade no longer optimally performs. Note that enteric-coated tablets are intended to be swallowed whole and should never be cut before taking.
